- Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship (normally within 24 hours!).
- Back ordered items are not charged until they are sent.
- Shipping And Handling All items are sent by First Class Postage or UPS -No extra charges are made for deliveries within the US .
- Delivery Schedule All orders received before 4pm are normally shipped within 24 hours. All orders are sent by first class post or United Parcel Service. Your order is usually delivered within the next 7 working days (US only). If an item is out of stock we will place it on back order for you - if we cannot ship your order within 7 days, we will notify you when delivery will be made. We only charge your credit/debit card after your order is shipped. You may cancel any back orders we hold for you at any time
- Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you.
- Tax Charges For orders shipped within California, a 7.75% Sales Tax will be charged.
- Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypt after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site unlike secure servers!
